Leave it to the experts : There are all types of properties in Gurgaon, Noida & Delhi property market. One being successful in his field does not necessarily make him an expert on the Indian property market too.

Cut Waste, Not Cost  : Invest in a housing launches of quality real estate location like Gurgaon or Noida, which host offices of a plethora of MNC's rather than low-class real estate locations like Ghaziabad, Faridabad or Dharuhera which are crippled with poor infrastructure and low income group habitation. Its better buying a small property or a home in New Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida as compared to a big house in the above mentioned low class real estate locations.

Think Quality, Not Quantity  : Its worth paying a premium while buying in quality housing projects, by leading Delhi developers, instead of taking a risk in cheaper real estate launches by 'B' grade developers. Consider the quality of condo property projects, the property developer has implemented in the past, rather than the number of housing projects it has implemented.
