First decide - Are you an investor or an actual user ? : Before buying, one must see the condo project and the property location from the end users point of view. So it neither has to be close to your home or office nor the type of real estate or home you would like to self-occupy

Its better buying a small property in a home project housing launch in New Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida as compared to a big property in the above mentioned NCR locations, as the cost might be the same for both properties
Think Quality, Not Quantity : Its worth paying a minor premium while buying in a housing launch by a quality New Delhi developer, instead of taking a risk in any latest launch by a cheaper real estate project by a 'B' grade Indian builder. Consider the quality of condo projects a builder has implemented in the past, in New Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida, rather than the number of condo housing projects it has built |
