GURGAON

Gurgaon is the "Commercial Real Estate Location" of the NCR. This posh location is the second largest business hub in India. Gurgaon-Delhi border is one of the areas near Delhi airport.

200 of the "Fortune 500" companies have presence in this posh location. Gurgaon real estate developments and security facilities have reached such a level that for no longer do Nri's prefer to invest only in New Delhi guarded neighborhood colonies.

Security in this posh location is of very high standards as compared to colonies & areas of some of the other nearby towns. This was possible because since around 1990 the Haryana government sold most of the land to Gurgaon property builders, as compared to Delhi colonies, where till recently, government authorities had a monopoly in Delhi real estate development. Private builders in Gurgaon are building properties with adequate parking, security and power backup.

With the arrival of Metro finally, the transport situation has surely improved in this location.

NEW DELHI

The capital of India & its second largest city. The areas in Northern, Eastern and Western parts of this metro have however regrettably become polluted and over populated in contrast to Gurgaon and Noida. Unfortunately, barring South Delhi colonies, this city comprises of by and large an uncivilised society.

Majority of the Delhi properties (barring South Delhi) have been developed by the government owned properties builders like DDA, CPWD, NDMC or MCD which have converted the neighborhoods into an urban slum with their 3rd grade real estate development and properties maintenance systems. Only recently, real estate builders have been allowed to develop guarded neighborhood communities having security & reserved parking in Delhi. Apartments (Floors) within bungalows in South Delhi are the most popular choices in the entire NCR area. 

NOIDA

Noida is also a part of the NCR, only about 15 Kms. away from Connaught Place. The eight lane Toll Bridge has further reduced the distance in commuting to & fro this neighborhood.

On the same lines as Gurgaon, some IT big wigs have started setting up their establishments in this posh location. Noida enjoys excellent connectivity with India Gate and nearby colonies & areas of New Delhi, which makes it an attractive real estate location for builders.

Just like New Delhi, most of the Noida properties development and colony security is undertaken by the U.P. government owned "Noida Authority" till now, but recently the local government has started selling plots to properties builders too. Real estate in Noida is demand in all the industrial locations.

Parking is ample with hardly any road congestion in this town. Noida builders are not as high class as those in Gurgaon or Delhi real estate builders but slowly things are moving. And the Metro has arrived in Noida too.
